Lower unit of a 1950 home. Unit being remodeled, updated pics to follow but listed for those travel health care providers or others needing a temporary place while working in Yakima. Will update pics ASAP. As a health care provider, I do cater to travel medical providers.


Ground level unit with rental above and could have guests in upper unit as well. Very large front room, with 65” TV with WiFi streaming. Front room also has a full memory foam mattress. One bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with vanity. Just off the kitchen there is a washer/dryer, hot water heater. You enter home through the single care garage. Room to park max 2 cars off street. No steps into home for those with more limited mobility but doors are not ADA width. Central heat and air conditioning, temp is set in upper level and set to keep both units comfortable with extra space heater/fans as needed. The kitchen window unfortunately goes into garage space.. The unit is pet friendly but doesn’t have a fenced yard for pets. The park is close by short walk less than .4 miles. Please note exterior camera in use

Be respectful of upper unit guest and neighbors. No refunds for road closures unless there is no alternate route to rental. Approved pets only.

Sally was very attententive and responsive to our communications. She tried to get the drier fixed and/or replaced during our stay but the week was between holidays so it was nearly impossible.

Spacious and quiet

This was a nice surprise to see how spacious this place is. I think 4people can easily stay here. Felt pretty safe neighborhood. Place was very clean, instructions on getting in the place was clear and easy. I love that she has extra heaters. Would definitely stay here again!

Vintage Charm

This home screamed vintage charm. We loved all the details of the home. I appreciated the tile floors for the pets. It was a unique experience. The host was wonderful at communicating with us. The neighborhood was nice with a park to take our dog just down the street. Much nicer than staying in a hotel room and price was reasonable. We will look forward to another stay.

3 month work stay

The neighborhood is safe and the apartment is close to grocery stores and the gym. Landlord communication is timely. Spacious for one person. A downside is the upstairs is also rented out, and there is no sound barrier between the apartments. Full conversations can be heard and the tv at regular volume is also easily heard. Also the kitchen and bathroom do not have an exhaust. I tend to cook the majority of my meals so any amount of stream or smoke from cooking immediately set off smoke detectors. Very inconvenient. And for long term use I would be concerned there is no ventilation in the bathroom after showers. For the price I was expecting a little more.
