Your hosts, Phil and Marcy look forward to your stay in our made for chillaxing large 3rd floor cozy bedroom w/ kitchenette and private bath/shower. Side entrance (not private) lead to the 2nd floor stairs and your separate bed/bath combo accommodations. Just a Bucks County minute from our door to downtown New Hope, and the walking bridge to Lambertville. We love the location. Convenience times 2 we say as you can park in our driveway and delight in all New Hope and Lambertville have to offer day and night. Rafting, biking, ghost tours, restaurants, nightlife and so much more to explore in our town. Did I mention the history that abounds here. You'll need a week to see all there is to explore. We love it and you will too!.

Stay was perfect…date night for one night. The attic room was perfect TV, Small fridge, coffee etc. Phil & Marcy are the perfect hosts….very friendly and welcoming! New Hope is a cute!!!

A beautiful place to rest your head. 5 minute walk from downtown New Hope. Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Phil and Marcy are warm and wonderful hosts. Recommended enthusiastically.

Fabulous place!! Room is big and has everything you need. Bed is comfy. Phil and Marcie are so nice and accommodating. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Walking distance to everything. Brought our bikes and rode the canal. Back for a shower and nap, then back out for drinks and dinner. Perfect place for a couple looking for a weekend getaway. Thank you!

Don’t hesitate to treat yourself to this storybook home in such a charming neighborhood. The hosts are deeply embedded in the community so rely on them to direct you to enjoy the best of New Hope! The location is such a sweet spot! Walkable to everything w/o any crowds or unwanted noise. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Great House, Great Hosts

The couple who own and live in the property are very accommodating and respectful of your space at the same time. They are willing to help in any way, although they have the place so perfectly set up that its hard to any additional needs. Location is perfect as its only a 5 min walk to the heart of the main strip. Id definitely recommend this listing to a friend or family member.

Wonderful hosts! Room was large and very accommodating. Even had small coffee bar and fridge. Bathroom was one floor down but still very private. Location was fantastic, just several blocks from Main St.

Weekend getaway

Great location! You can park and walk. The room is awesome with so many nice detail's. The bed is comfy. You walk down a short flight of well lit stairs to the bathroom. We would definitely come back for another stay!

Zen room

This was the perfect spot for short get away. My husband and I stayed for 1 night for our anniversary. It was so neat, clean and updated. Even though it was up on the third floor and you had to walk through the main part of the home. It was so private and quiet. This was so close to everything it was so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.
