*** PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS***
Vacation At Its Finest presents "Almost Eden", located in the colorfully eclectic Gulf Place Community on 30A! This beautiful 3B/2.5B townhome is the perfect retreat for a beach getaway with family or friends. "Almost Eden" has an open-concept first-floor layout where the kitchen, dining room, and living room are open to entertain, unplug, and enjoy each other as a group. The kitchen has updated appliances with every essential that you will need to cook a family dinner. The living room boasts a coastal feel with plentiful seating to enjoy each other's conversations. There is a relaxing screened-in patio off the living room to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or soak up the warm sunshine in the afternoon. The backdoor is less than a 1 min walk to the main pool, or to the other community amenities to play shuffleboard, corn hole, or a game of tennis! It is an amazing location! The second floor has an oversized master suite offering a king bed, an adjoining master bath with a separate tub and shower, and its own private balcony overlooking the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom, located on the second floor, is spacious with a Queen bed, and its own full-size private bath. The laundry is in the hall closet on the 2nd floor located between both bedrooms and has full-size stackable units. The third-floor loft features two twin beds and is a great place for the kids to hang out!

"Almost Eden" at Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Private Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance, so once you park just relax and enjoy!
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Costa Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Please refer to the attached photos for guidelines on using each beach.
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
