The property is a free standing turn key 2 BR and 1 1/2 BA , seven steps up to the front door and wrap around deck with adirondak seating, a water view, and gas grill. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the deck or have a seat at the bayfront, a one minute walk. An open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, dining area seating for 4. a comfortable living room and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Parking right alongside the home.

The community is a 55+ resident owned, manufactured home community of 9.2 acres located on Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island. The resort is a safe and friendly community, with activities such as live music at the bay, golf outings, morning exercise, as well a a view of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You can ride the free island trolley (its stops here) to restaurants, places of worship, island stores, Publix and Walgreens etc. When you visit and see guy with a big smile. it's possibly me.
