Okay One Bedroom, Two Bath, Time for Updates/Clean Outs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has a lot of potential! In my opinion, it has too much decorative baskets/candles/clutter and not enough actual cookware and usable tools! There was a lot of dust on the decorative items, shelves, and picture frames, etc. No vacuum to tidy up tracked in sand, that was a major issue! The appliances are old but working. The full size washer and dryer are FANTASTIC and new, a great start in the right direction! There was No directions to the beach... took us two days to find correct way (other guests were asking us, too)! The beach is a long walk, way more than 100 yards. The pool and hot tub are aged, but okay, always able to get loungers, but no chairs were there, if you prefer to sit instead of "lay". Our interaction with the management company was positive. There was nothing in the room giving us the WIFI password for connection and two agents worked diligently with the owner to finally get the correct password to us to be able to connect, plus get a failed lightbulb replaced in our main bath that had us "in the dark". Thanks again Ladies! We felt safe at this property, but don't know if we would choose to rent here again, due to distance from actual beach; but sitting on that balcony with that view, with that first cup of coffee each morning, sure was a pleasure...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a bit disappointed in this specific unit. I have stayed at the Dunes every year (sometimes more than once a year) for decades & this stay did not meet my previous expectations
