Very clean and stunning views. Many amenities at the property, including very nice pools, jacuzzis, and a bar, and easy access to the beautiful lagoon. Very helpful staff at the front desk and easy check in. Did not have any issues during our stay. Will stay again when we need a large condo for our family when we go to Oahu in future.

Just what we needed!

This is an absolutely beautiful property and location. We enjoyed being outdoors on the lanai ever day looking at the beautiful ocean view. The lagoon was less crowded than some of the others, and we were there every day. The pool and pool bar are great as well - it’s hard to tell from the pictures online, but we enjoyed ourselves there as well. Walkable to restaurants like Monkeybar and The Four Seasons. Plenty of room in the condo for young adults to spread out. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice place.

Overall it’s a great location in KoOlina. The residences are nice but decor is dated and needed a few upgrades. Everything worked as it should and our three bedroom was enough room for our family. Would be nice to have an onsite restaurant. The bar food was subpar. Service and drinks at the bar were above expectations. The gym was better than most properties. The pools were well taken care of and very good design. I would recommend a stay but do know that for the price the property is not modern.

It was everything as pictured on the listing...Close to amenities, beaches, and pretty quick and straightforward to get around to downtown, the north shore or the east side of Oahu Pretty tense couple of years with Covid etc and it began to melt away during our time there...Worth every penny

Beautiful unit

We loved our stay. We found the unit to be clean and beautiful. However, the LR furniture was old and stained, which we covered with beach towels. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Jordan was excellent and attentive to our needs. Although we had requested a late check, but unfortunately, the resort deactivated our key cards early, which we were not aware of until we could not access the room with any of our cards and one of our babies were in the room alone. It was absolute chaos and it was a terrible way to end our stay. It was an unfortunate error. Overall, we loved our stay and the unit and we are planning to return next year.

The view from the lanai was just as good as the pictures showed, I was beautiful and relaxing. The pools were very nice, the property was kept very clean and well maintained.

Vacation in Paradise

We frequently come to Oahu to visit family and Ko Olina Beach Villas is our favorite place to stay for it’s amenities, location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and quiet setting. There were 5 of us and we rented the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo so there was plenty of room for everyone. Being in Oahu for one week, we liked having the option of cooking our own meals or bringing in take out food to eat in the dining room. We loved that we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the lanais or the lagoons. We will definitely continue to book Ko Olina Beach Villas for our Oahu vacations.

Fabulous!

We arrived at the property April 2022. The unit was amazing! The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. In the end we could not of ask for more. This place is a must for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful

Everything was perfect. The villa was clean and quiet, with plenty of supplies for the 6 nights we stayed (dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). There were lots of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler for us to use. Check in/out was fast and easy- they even had our room ready early so we could check in earlier than expected. They answered questions quickly via text and were very communicative throughout the process. The pools were great, the beach was gorgeous and not crowded, despite it being spring break. There were wonderful restaurants just a 5 minute walk away at nearby hotels. My only complaint (and it's not about the property itself) is that Ko Olina does not allow beach umbrellas or tents for shade at our lagoon. But there are several palm tree clusters that you can find a shady spot under. All in all, everyone loved it, even the most picky of us, and we would definitely stay again if we go back to Oahu.

First Hawaii Vacation

Everything is beautiful here. Hawaii is definitely paradise. My family had a wonderful time and are planning on coming back to KoOlina in the future. I wish there was an overhead bedroom light in the master. It would have been nice if someone greeted us and explained where the light switches in the kitchen and living room where. Never did figure out how to turn the lights over the bar and above the stove off. Lynn came in when I called about the broken bed. She explained about the mircowave and the white notebook had the info about the appliances. I would have sweep the sand on the floors if there was a sweeper or the broom had a dustpan. I used a piece of cardboard to pick the sand when I swept.

Ko ‘Olina Beach Resort

We had a wonderful experience renting this 3BR, 3BA condominium. Suite 901 is perfectly situated at the top floor with spectacular views. Staff was very helpful, easy check in / out process. Property well maintained and great accommodations. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing beachfront trip

The condo was everything we expected and more. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had sliding glass doors to the large deck which overlooked the ocean. We were able to hear the ocean at night. The 3rd bedroom has a separate door that can be locked and made into it's own wing with bedroom and bathroom - my 18 year old son loved that. The location is perfect - short drive back to Honolulu and activities. The property pools were open and beach access was a walk out the gate. It was absolutely worth the price!

Amazing Vacation, spectacular view

The unit and property were beautiful! Clean and well taken care of inside and out. We would definitely stay here again. The views from the lanai were breathtaking and the fact that we could open the doors all the way and bring the outside in was even better. We especially enjoyed the evenings with the live music by the beach bar. The kids loved the lagoon pool and felt very safe in the beach cove.
