Escape to Beach Walk Puerto Bahia, a luxurious duplex townhome nestled in a gated community at the stunning Marina Beach. This brand new property boasts a prime location just steps away from the renowned Rincon beach, known for its crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Conveniently close to town and a short drive to some of the best surfing beaches, this townhome has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

You will be impressed by the elegant furnishings and top-of-the-line amenities in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The separate TV room is perfect for movie nights and the full-size washer and dryer ensure a hassle-free stay. Your safety is our top priority, so you can relax and unwind in this secure environment. We provide beach towels and chairs for your convenience, and the backyard boasts a tiled patio area with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower where you can savor the ocean views.

The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all necessary utensils for your cooking convenience. Want more amenities? Our community offers a refreshing swimming pool with a shaded picnic area and restrooms for your enjoyment.

Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from most rooms and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves. The comfortable bed arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds, accommodating up to 6 people. Smoking is not permitted on the property.

As an added bonus, our property comes equipped with a generator, ensuring a worry-free stay with uninterrupted electricity in case of any power outages.

Your comfort is our priority, and we provide a self-check-in process for your convenience. However, rest assured that we are just a phone call or message away if you need anything during your stay.

Wonderful Rincon stay

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It was close to Rincon resteraunts and activities, and we enjoy the short walk to the beach for sunsets and ice cream! Jennifer was great to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend.

Ideal Rincon Beach House

Clean, lovely, modern, well-appointed home right on the beach. Great patio, friendly vibe, responsive manager (Mrs. Lopez), beach bar and restaurants right there, affordable... only good things to say. Our group was a family of five (3 teens, 2 beat down parents), we went in the offseason (June), and everyone had fun.

Love Rincon!!

Overall, our stay was beyond expectation. Perfect locale, really comfortable beds, and well furnished. Beach access was easy and pool was clean. Not a lot of instruction for garbage, and was not given the gate code to get into the complex. Communication with property manager was difficult. But we figured it all out! Thank God for friendly Puerto Rican neighbors!

This 3-bedroom condo, costing triple our previous rental, fell short of expectations despite its prime location. Pros include AC throughout, proximity to a fantastic beach with excellent snorkeling, and a gated community close to restaurants, groceries, and great sightseeing. Local paddleboarding, snorkeling, and fishing tours were conveniently available right out front. However, the condo’s condition didn’t justify the high nightly rate. It was dirty on arrival—sand on floors, standing water and debris on the patio, hair in bathrooms, and broken beach equipment. The fridge was warm initially, causing concern for fresh groceries (it cooled by the next day), and the hot water was off until we found an unmarked switch. Chipped stair edging posed a trip hazard. We contacted the manager, who responded quickly, explaining the fridge needed time to cool, sharing the water heater switch location, and providing two cheap camping chairs as replacements. Despite the great location, the poor maintenance and inadequate equipment made it not worth the price. We wouldn’t return.

A good place to stay for surfers

This house is next to most water adventure tours' meeting place, in a quiet area. The beach is not swimmable, it is in a marine reserve area, good for snorkeling. The water is so clear that you can see all the coral underneath, like a giant aquarium. The house is modernly furnished, nice and new. There are washer and dryer, no laundry detergent. The wifi is spotty. The pictures make the house more spacious, but in fact it is smaller than expected. It is managed by a realty not the owner. It was a good stay.

LOVED this place! It was perfect. :)

The location and home was better than expected. It was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. We traveled with my parents, who have mobility and health issues and this place was just perfect for them as well. We would definitely return to Puerto Bahia. We absolutely loved every moment of being there. The only thing was there was issues with water pressure and temperature in the upstairs hallway bathroom, but like my son who lives in Puerto Rico stated, "this is an issue throughout the island." It is certainly not a deal breaker. Jennifer always responded promptly and gave us all information we needed. We even became locked out one day and her assistant, Jonathan was a great help. It was all so wonderful. Thank you so very much. :)

Found My New Favorite Destination!

Great house, in a small, friendly neighborhood. The location is superb! We had a Jeep but walked everywhere and never tired of exploring - beach is close as are MANY restaurants and downtown. The patio was likely our favorite part of the house, but the A/C and comfy beds were a close second. Property Managers are perfection!
