Brought a Troop of 14 girl scouts and 7 parents. The amenities were unbelievable! Not just the arcade, bowling alley and pool area. The options for PLENTY of seating and KING beds for everyone was unbelievable. The girls LOVED the themes of the rooms and enjoyed checking out the property. We used the comminuty pool and we were reimbursed immediately for the usage fee. The community pool is amazing with a large waterside and lazy river. The property is about 20 min from Disney which was our main objective of the trip. We did have to purchase additional trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels, but this is expected for 24 people. We had a small issue with the garbage disposal and 1 of the arcade games, someone was sent ASAP to fix them- great service. The place is truly HUGE- you cannot tell from the photos of the exterior. The property manager are very quick to respond and the answered all of my questions. The only negative we experienced the entire trip was from the neighbors to the left. The had a couple of late night, loud parties- but that of course has nothing to do with the rental house itself. We would definitely stay here again...it makes me wish I had enough friends to fill the house with to stay again!
