Samara and Drew's Guesthouse

Our carriage house, a quaint & intimate, two-bedroom (sofa sleeper avail to accommodate 6 people extra charge per day per guest after 4) apartment in our backyard with private parking and entrance from the alley. We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, just a 5 min walk to the park, downtown Golden, CSM, Clear Creek, breweries, restaurants & shops. It's a short & scenic, drive to Redrocks, 30 min from Denver & Boulder and 1+ to ski resorts, Breckenridge, Vail, Rocky Mtn. National Park, etc)
Guest access
The house and parking are accessed from the alley between 9th and 8th Street, accessible from Maple or Illinois St. Park one or two small cars (the parking can feel a bit tight specially for large vehicles, but is very doable) on the west side of the building. Enter through the west door with your own private code.
Other things to note
Parking for large SUVs and trucks can be tight but is doable. Street parking is available just around the block. We are in a “parking by permit only” neighborhood so please let us know if you need to have that option
