From the doorsteps of the condo you can walk to Downtown Golden to enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries and shopping or take a tour of the famous Coors Brewery which is only a 5 minute walk away! For outdoor enthusiasts, within walking distance you will find incredible trailheads and tubing down Clear Creek. It is also centrally located for the School of Mines and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks!

When you walk into this recently built condo, you will be greeted with an open floor concept with high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a very large bathroom with a walk-in closet. One of the best features is the incredibly spacious patio where you can sit back and relax or grill dinner while enjoying a beverage and taking in the great mountain views. The patio also has an awesome firepit.

The studio has a new KING bed situated behind the comfortable living room set up with Smart TV. Guests will also have access to a reserved parking spot and there is an elevator in the building to easily access the condo. The couch is also a full size sleeper sofa.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.

-Early check-in is subject to availability and may have a fee.
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are NOT allowed by the building. If a pet is brought into the home, unfortunately the reservation will have to be ended.
