Perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Bend. The home itself was very comfortable and well equipped. It is within walking distance to downtown and all the Bend has to offer. Highly recommend and will be back!

Quiet!

Very relaxing/quiet neighborhood. Floors creaked so no sneaking around! This comes with an older house so wasn't bothered by this. Great kitchen -large enough to cook meals & still visit. Hot tub was a great addition. Will definitely be back again!

Great home

Perfect place for 2 to 4 people. large kitchen and good size living room. Love the gas fireplace on a cold snowy day. Very comfortable and close to downtown. Wonderful walking area with parks all around

Clean, warm, cozy home. Great accommodations

The home was well-equipped- from hot tub supplies to kitchen - with a beautiful big shower, comfortable beds, and close driving distance to restaurants and skiing. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is squeaky floors, but with old hardwood, I wouldn’t expect different.

Perfect cottage

Our stay the the River Run was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was newly renovated and stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The property manager,Erin, was responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to Bend and this lovely cottage.

Loved our stay at the River Run!

We stayed at River Run while in Bend for a wedding over a very warm long weekend. Needless to say, the AC was perfect--both for us and our Frenchie, Lily! The home is furnished and maintained immaculately--we really appreciated all of the amenities. I had to work a little while I was there (sigh) so the built-in desk in the kitchen / sun room was very convenient and the wi-fi worked perfectly! We hope to be back--thanks again!

Our visit to Bend was to move our daughter to college. The home and location were great, as we were 7 minutes to the school. However, the floor in the living room leading into the kitchen were not. Obviously it was not installed properly which made the floor squeaky, very loud when you walked.

Great stay but could not watch the world series

This is a great little house very close to everything and walking distance to town. It was frustrating that I would not watch the the baseball world series on the television. The reason for this is that there was no regular cable programming but rather streaming TV by Roku. We are older adults and do not have these apps and and have a hard time navigating these streaming services.

Amazing house, terrible beds

The house and location were amazing, the house was clean and charming and the backyard was really great and convenient. However nobody slept for our entire stay, the beds were soft and lumpy from over use, I ended up facing the foot of the bed to get away from the body sinkhole that was to be found at the head of the bed. And sadly both beds were like this, my son ended up sleeping on the sofa. I don’t often write reviews and when I do they are usually good ones. If the mattress were changed I would gladly stay again. But a trip with no sleep is miserable

Adorable and Perfect Location

My husband and I rented this cottage for a minimoon after our wedding. We brought our dog with us and were so happy they allowed pets. The cottage was everything I expected based on the photos and description, no disappointments at all. The inside is spacious, clean and cozy. Favorite features were: Master bath huge walk in shower with dual shower heads, master bath wall heater, living room gas fireplace and the backyard with lots of seating options and hot tub! The location cannot be beat, its just a 10 min walk to downtown, the river and hiking trails. Short 10 min or so drive to other hot spots in Bend. Many of the breweries are walking distance or short drive also. We found a favorite breakfast/coffee/cocktail spot walking distance called Bad Wolf Cafe - excellent food, cold brew coffee on nitro tap, and home infused vodkas for a killer bloody as well as 6 mimosa offerings.
