Cozy/Great Location

The property was comfortable with all the amenities, and super close to downtown Bend. The property manager was responsive and made check in/review an easy process. I would stay here again in a minute!

Perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Bend. The home itself was very comfortable and well equipped. It is within walking distance to downtown and all the Bend has to offer. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great home

Perfect place for 2 to 4 people. large kitchen and good size living room. Love the gas fireplace on a cold snowy day. Very comfortable and close to downtown. Wonderful walking area with parks all around

Very convenient to walk to town for restaurants (10-15 minutes) in a quiet neighborhood. Nice hot tub and smallish deck to drink coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds. A couple of things would improve enjoyability... coffee filters, facial tissue and shower amenities would be nice. Barbecue a little difficult to light but worked fine once we figured it out. Thanks for sharing this great little house.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Loved being walking distance from down Bend. Perfect location. So much to see of the areas natural beauty Erin was very helpful and responsive to our needs We will definitely be back to this wonderful property

Clean, warm, cozy home. Great accommodations

The home was well-equipped- from hot tub supplies to kitchen - with a beautiful big shower, comfortable beds, and close driving distance to restaurants and skiing. Would definitely stay again. Only negative is squeaky floors, but with old hardwood, I wouldn’t expect different.

Perfect cottage

Our stay the the River Run was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was newly renovated and stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The property manager,Erin, was responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to Bend and this lovely cottage.
