Point Break Paradise' is the epitome of a beachfront retreat, you have the entire house to yourself and your own private gated in ground pool. The house is COMPLETELY REMODELED offering a harmonious blend of luxury, entertainment, and coastal charm. Whether you're seeking relaxation by the pool, exciting arcade battles, or beachside serenity, this vacation haven has it all. Point Break is unique, no other beach property like it. The pool opens May 1st and closes October 31st. The pool is heated in the spring and fall months. It's a salt water pool and is secured by a gate around the exterior of the pool. The depth of the pool starts in the shallow end around 2ft to 4-5ft deep in the deep end. There is a lounge area, with a water feature that is 1ft deep for small children. Minimum age to rent the property is 25 and over.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

My husband and I live in West Ocean City with our family. We love living at the beach and hosting guests in our beach houses: Point Break (4 BR 90th st) and Orange and Blue Crush (5BR & 3BR on 120th st). We love everything that Ocean City has to offer and there is so much to do and see.

Point Break is privately tucked away on a 5,000 square foot lot with a private gated fence and backyard oasis of family fun. It's steps away from the beach, walking distance to the best restaurants, Liquid Assets, Lombardi's Pizza and Bull on the Beach. The street is quiet with plenty of private and public parking for all your friends and family.
