Summary:
Welcome to the Mudminnow at Edisto! Arguably one of the best porches on the island with over 350 Sq. Ft. screened-in plus an additional 300+ Sq. Ft. of uncovered deck. We are just a short walk to the beach and centrally located to nearby restaurants, stores, Edisto Marina, and the golf course, etc. The interior features all new hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, new vanities, a 55" flat screen tv, and more. We have poured our hearts into this home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The Space:
Beach Access: We are a quick walk to beach access 12.

Over the past 2 years, we have brought new life into this previously outdated home. All carpet and laminate flooring was removed and replaced with site-finished oak hardwoods. Removed numerous faux beams, scraped and smoothed ceilings, fresh paint throughout, new vanities, new fully tiled primary bathroom shower, new toilets, fans, etc.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Beach, grocery store, shopping, coffee shop, restaurants, golf, Botany Bay, Edisto marina, etc are all nearby.

Getting Around:
Golf cart and/or bike rentals are highly encouraged to explore the island. Beach access is just a couple hundred yards away.

Other Things to Note:
Detailed instructions provided before check-in and check-out. Trip insurance is highly recommended since hosts are unable to provide refunds due to inclement weather or hurricanes.
