Hi! Thanks for your review albeit not so correct. It is unfortunate you had an unlikely experience in our beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Real-life images, written descriptions, and instructions of the 3-bedroom unit with patio set were on display before you booked the place online. Of course, there is light source and air circulation in every room. Also, there were 3 of you in a 6-person capacity stay. There is seating for more than 6 guests if needed. The only interaction exchanged in your 2-day stay was prior to you coming in, asking the host if it were possible to come in earlier than check- in time. We kindly gave you an arrival time two hours earlier than expected. Unfortunately, during your stay, you/guests vomited on the rug and bedsheets. It took us several hours to clean up and air out the unit. However, we did not report damages/ claim. Rules were not adhered to, and unwanted activity occurred in regards to cleanliness. To our surprise, after your stay, you managed to ask for a full refund which was not reasonable. VRBO graciously gave you a small cut from their end. We are Superhost in various platforms and we value our guests and home equally. We expect some form of decorum and hope our guests refrain from leaving retaliatory reviews to avoid negative impressions from other hosts. It is important that there is mutual respect and understanding between all neighbors involved, especially when living in muti-unit homes. For future, I advise you ask all the questions you desire and be very sure of your particular needs before booking elsewhere.
