Tiki Time on 10th – Waterfront Views, Resort-Style Pergola & Heated Cave Pool

Walking in you are met with the views of the beautiful intercoastal waterway and a pool that will entertain everyone! The pool offers a waterfall and a grotto cave with a table and bench inside. Sun loungers surround the pool and a pergola is built over a resort-style sitting area. Inside you will have everything you need to stay in, make dinner, watch a movie, and the kids can set up their gaming in their bedrooms as each one has a TV. The oversized island in the kitchen is the center where everyone can gather and talk about the day's events. Catch the sunsets and sunrise with a beverage. Take pictures and make memories at a property you will want to return to year after year for vacation!

Kitchen & Dining: Ice/water refrigerator, stainless steel microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, crockpot, blender, 4 slice toaster coffee station with Keurig, oversized island with 6 counter stools, surfboard dining table with 6 stools.

Living Room: Sofa, 3 chairs, TV & console table, coffee table, 2 end tables, patio doors to the pool and waterfront.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, mirror, luggage rack, nightstand, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #2: King-size bed and a twin-size top bunk (no bottom bunk), TV, ceiling fan, 2 nightstands, and a luggage rack. *Pictured futon no longer available.

Bathroom #2: Farmstyle vanity and step-in shower. No tub.

Bedroom #3: Bunkbed with King size on bottom and Queen size on top, TV, ceiling fan, nightstand, bench with ottoman

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway.

Garage: 2 paddleboards, a kayak, beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler, and corn hole game.

Pool Oasis: Heated pool with a grotto cave & wading deck, 2 beverage tables and a bench in the pool, 4 sun loungers, dining table with 4 chairs and umbrella, gas grill, and a pergola with resort-style seating.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property allows for 8 parking spots. Grass and street parking are not permitted.
