SPECIAL SUMMER 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL STAYS OVER 4 DAYS! Message for more info! Relax in this peaceful home that is only a few minutes from lakes and activities, and only 15 minutes from UT! The whole house will be yours with no sharing with other guests. The screened patio has a gas firepit as well as an outdoor wood-burning pit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The driveway is long and ready for an RV or boat. The entire property is non-smoking. This home books fast and you are encouraged to book in advance!

The space
Located on the border of the great Smoky Mountains, we are only a few minutes from beautiful lakes, boating, river activities, scenic hikes, and only 15 minutes away from the University of Tennessee.

Other things to note
Pet friendly! We love animals. If you have a pet, there is a large fenced yard. There is an additional $25 per dog per per stay. Cats are free but bedroom doors must remain closed to keep our bedrooms pet allergen free. Pets are not allowed upstairs and a gate is provided.

We've had a few different VRBO's throughout the country, and this was our favorite. Good clean house, had every amenity we could think of. And the host was great with communication. We'll be coming back to the area to visit our son at college and will definitely look at this home as an option if available for our visits.

Everything was perfect

We rented this house for Thanksgiving with family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and we were all comfortable and had. Great stay

Great stay. Very dog friendly

We Highly recommend Stephanie’s home. She went out of her way to accommodate us with early check in. Also for pet owners: We traveled with our Labrador retriever who loved roaming in the spacious backyard. There is a large off leash dog park, 4 minutes down the road. Park was beautiful w lots of friendly dogs.

This was a perfect property if you want to travel w/pets and be in a suburban setting. It was incredibly clean with a huge fenced in yard, and the owner has the house equipped with everything you need

Beautiful house

Very beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the fireflies.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay and our host could not have been more accommodating! We were in town for parents weekend visiting our boys who missed their dogs and dads cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the screened in porch! The host thought of every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house and amenities were amazing. So much care and thought went into each room of the house. Bedrooms were large and spacious. The master shower was next level. The house was decorated beautifully. Great working heating and air system. Very nice screened in porch. Can’t say enough good things about owner and property. Great, comfortable, clean house close to UT

We stayed here while moving our child into UT. After a long drive from out of state, it was wonderful to have easy access to the house. The neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. We felt very comfortable there and it was nice to come home to after a day of moving our new freshman into campus. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Our host had nice little amenities in the kitchen and baths in case you forgot something. Nice little touches around the house for guests. Overall felt very welcoming. It was only a 20 minute drive to campus. There were a few restaurants and grocery nearby which was convenient. We were only here for 2 nights, but will definitely book again in the future.
