Everything was perfect

We rented this house for Thanksgiving with family. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and we were all comfortable and had. Great stay

Pet- friendly

This was a perfect property if you want to travel w/pets and be in a suburban setting. It was incredibly clean with a huge fenced in yard, and the owner has the house equipped with everything you need

Beautiful house

Very beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the fireflies.

We've had a few different VRBO's throughout the country, and this was our favorite. Good clean house, had every amenity we could think of. And the host was great with communication. We'll be coming back to the area to visit our son at college and will definitely look at this home as an option if available for our visits.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay and our host could not have been more accommodating! We were in town for parents weekend visiting our boys who missed their dogs and dads cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the screened in porch! The host thought of every detail to make sure our stay was perfect. We will be back!

Great stay. Very dog friendly

We Highly recommend Stephanie’s home. She went out of her way to accommodate us with early check in. Also for pet owners: We traveled with our Labrador retriever who loved roaming in the spacious backyard. There is a large off leash dog park, 4 minutes down the road. Park was beautiful w lots of friendly dogs.

Absolutely fabulous! Hands down one of the most amazing homes we've rented!! Emaculate!! Lots of room, peaceful, well-equipped, nice neighborhood. As traveling parents of a college athlete, this home has truly been one of my favorites! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house and amenities were amazing. So much care and thought went into each room of the house. Bedrooms were large and spacious. The master shower was next level. The house was decorated beautifully. Great working heating and air system. Very nice screened in porch. Can’t say enough good things about owner and property. Every room was filled with little extras to enhance our stay. Owner contacted us several times to see if there was anything we needed. A

Great, comfortable, clean house close to UT

We stayed here while moving our child into UT. After a long drive from out of state, it was wonderful to have easy access to the house. The neighborhood was nice and seemed very safe. We felt very comfortable there and it was nice to come home to after a day of moving our new freshman into campus. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Our host had nice little amenities in the kitchen and baths in case you forgot something. Nice little touches around the house for guests. Overall felt very welcoming. It was only a 20 minute drive to campus. There were a few restaurants and grocery nearby which was convenient. We were only here for 2 nights, but will definitely book again in the future.

The house was very clean and updated. The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do in Knoxville. The host was very available to questions and answered promptly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was beautiful and we were so impressed with how clean it was. We had three people but could have comfortably fit more. Everything was well stocked and the owner was great with communication, would definitely stay here again!
