This Condo, located at the Tiki Condominiums has everything you need for a memorable beach getaway. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath, second floor condo is roomy, Comfortable, and perfectly suited for you to spend your entire vacation with all the comforts of home, including kitchen and living space. With over 712 square feet, 2 sleeper sofas and king size bed, this condo can comfortably accommodate a family of 5 ( 2 adults, 3 children or 4 adults.) The kitchen comes fully stocked with necessities and is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster. There is Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TV's, cable with HBO and ESPN Channels. Bed linens, bath, kitchen, and beach towels are provided. With a large spacious deck overlooking lush tropical gardens and the heated pool, you are steps away from the white sandy beach and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Live music, awesome restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Pet hair everywhere.

We only stayed one night instead of our scheduled four nights. When we first arrived, we noticed after my wife swept that there was a lot of pet hair everywhere on the floor. Later on that night, my kids were pulling out the sheets that were stored beneath the dresser and they also had pet hairs. Once we opened up the fold out beds from the couch. One was good the other had what look like leg hair or some other kind of hair from a person that had not been changed out. We were offered a full refund and we took it right away because That was just ridiculous. Coming from a family who doesn’t have any pets. We do not want to see pet hair everywhere. Even if it was pet friendly, it should still be cleaned up before the next guest.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and just what we needed for this last minute get away. We loved that we were right over the pool so we could watch the kids over the balcony. We'll definitely be back! The Tiki hasn't failed.
