Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay with everything you would imagine available the only disappointing Factor was the bathroom was not clean in the room.

Dear Jeremy, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It’s wonderful to hear that you found the accommodation well-equipped with everything you needed for a great stay. Providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests is always our top priority. However, we regret that we didn’t receive any report or communication regarding the bathroom cleanliness during your stay, as our on-site team is always readily available to inspect and address any concerns promptly. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we would have been more than happy to assist right away. That being said, we sincerely appreciate your feedback and will be sure to take note of it as we continue to refine our services. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more seamless experience in the future.

Weekend in Bend

It was great. The room was spacious and the property was located in a great spot. Close to town but you felt like you were in a cabin in the woods. The restaurant on site was fantastic as well and we really enjoyed our stay.

No Pet Free Rooms

I was a little surprised when I called the hotel one day before my stay to make sure I could get a no pet room because of my asthma & pet allergies. I was informed they do not have any rooms where pets are not allowed. They did say they would do extra cleaning in the room I was renting and it was very clean when we arrived. However I wouldn’t have picked this resort if I had known. I was disappointed that the pool & hot tub closed early and we were unable to use the hot tub after a concert or in the morning with the early checkout. Price was too high for this location so close to a highway. I would not consider this a resort but just a group of three hotel buildings. The front desk ladies were great and loved having the free shuttle to and from a concert at the amphitheater.
