This stylish & comfortable condo in mid-town is freshly remodeled & designed with couples and small families in mind.

Walk or ride your bikes to town along the paved path or continue on to lake Pend Oreille for a day at the beach. Many wonderful restaurants and night life are a short stroll away. Saturdays in the summer reveals the ever popular Famer's Market with fresh produce, baked goods, and live music.

The location is perfect for intown adventures and a base camp for further exploring!

Excellent stay! Very clean and had everything we needed! Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and only 35 min. drive to Silverwood. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect condo!

The condo was spotless and very well equipped as well as being very comfortable. We appreciated the helpful local information provided and it was an easy walk into town for shops and restaurants. The perfect spot for a short break!

Small town luxury

Our family of four stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely fantastic. Kudos to the hosts as every detail of comfort was thought of- from comfortable throw blankets to a fully stoked kitchen it felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Their recommendations were excellent and we were sad to leave.

Excellent stay in Sandpoint.

The condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. We only had two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The paved trail worked so well for us. We were able to walk to Winter Ridge Grocery Store and Dub's ice cream. The Lakeview Park was an easy walk as well. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend this condo.

Immaculate, Chic, Cozy!

My family and I just wrapped up our three night stay at this townhouse property and we can’t say enough good things! Upon walking in the property is immaculately clean, smells fresh and is very tastefully decorated with modern cozy home vibe decor and finishings, The best were comfortable and clean and James has everything you could think of or want in the home including Alexa’s, Smart TV’s, and easily accessible charging ports. The location was a quick drive to down town or the beach! I highly recommend this property, one of the best VRBO experiences we have had!

Amazing stay!

My daughter and I spent Easter weekend at this beautiful unit. From the start, my communication with James was very clear and helpful. Check in instructions were simple. The unit is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. We cuddled up with the cozy blankets on the huge couch and played games all night long. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. This was place is a real gem, thank you James!

The Condo was easy to find and in a decent area. The property manager/owner was helpful and even offered early check-in since they got it cleaned early. This place is about 30 minutes from Silverwood. It was nice not to nit stay in a hotel and have a quiet place to stay. The beds were amazing! There was an issue with two of the televisions and James was willing to come fix the issue, but we honestly didn't need the televisions. One thing I wish vacation properties would not do is use scented laundry detergent. I like more clean non-toxic soaps/detergents but even if they would use free and clear it would be better. Many people have allergies/asthma to fragrances. But overall our stay was perfect.

James was born near the Pacific Ocean & Julie was raised in the bayou outside of New Orleans. We were lucky enough to find the mountains of Idaho as adults. Love to play as much as possible and work when we have to, which is most of the time of course! Especially now raising two little toddlers we are go go go! Luckily we live in nature's playground so there is always something to do to keep everyone busy. We are big into snow sports, fly fishing, mountain biking, yoga, and all things kidcentric. Live a clean and sober life and care very much about health and wellness. I have been managing beautiful properties in Sandpoint since 2018 with my company, Point Property Management, llc.
