This neighborhood is very Safe and serene! It’s very close to the beach only 2 blocks. The house is spacious warm and inviting . You feel your back in time to a slower peaceful pace . It’s sets on 2 lots with beautiful oak trees and great yard. Plenty of parking on front side and back of property .

This beautiful home has a lot of character ! The trees , the spacious yard ! I fell in love with this home it was a diamond in the rough. With love and TLC it has come to life. Beautiful hardwood floors , peaky Cyprus walls, and porches with roll out windows to set and enjoy the cool ocean breeze! Warm and cozy den to watch tv or enjoy paying games or working your favorite puzzle. 2 block walk to the beautiful Port St Joe Beach that is dog friendly. I can go on and on. Not to mention it is less than 10 min from Mexico Beach and 5 min from Wind Mark and less than 10 mins to downtown Port St Joe !
