Plan your getaway in the awesome coastal town of Dillon Beach!

Our light and cozy cottage is the perfect getaway (think surf shack meets spa). Sparkling clean, restful and a quick walk or roll down to the shoreline. There are beautiful water views from the upper level and a restful vibe throughout. You will love the cozy, calm spaces and comfortable interiors, the perfect escape from life's busy demands. We are minutes to the shoreline, hiking, general store and village restaurant, and a short drive to lots of things to do. (We provide quality locally-made snacks and beverages upon arrival, too.)

Enjoy:
- White cotton quality bedding and linens
- Plenty of towels and soft blankets
- Local snacks upon arrival
- Quality body products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.)
- Travel toothbrushes, makeup remover pads and Q-tips
- Keurig, SMEG coffeemaker, Yeti French press and Chemex pour over carafe (because everyone needs coffee)
- Peet's coffee & coffee pods, Yogi Tea/tea pot
- Sugar and creamers
- All of the kitchen basics and utensils you'll need to stay in and cook (pots, pans, dishes and flatware, olive oil, salt and pepper, etc.)
- Fast WiFi
- Sonos sound system
- 3 Smart TVs

Bedooms:
- Upstairs: 1 Queen bed and full bath
- Downstairs: 1 Full bed and full bath. (Please note: this room is semi-private but feels like its own bedroom. If you want complete privacy this room might not be the right fit for you.)
- Washer and dryer with detergent pods provided
- Cozy converted space downstairs (The Raccoon Hideout) with pillows and books for small children

Outdoors:
- Upstairs patio with seating for 2 and water views
- Downstairs deck with seating for 6, a fire pit and BBQ
- Boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels for guest use
- Hot water showers on the back deck

Dillon Beach is surrounded by beautiful shoreline, hiking and biking trails and excursions in nearby towns, and there are many things to do along Tomales Bay. We have a binder in the home with lots of ideas for you. Bring your bikes and hiking boots to explore the rugged, tranquil landscape.

Perfect distillation of Dillon Beach

This place has it all, without pushing the “beach vibe” in your face. It says it sleeps 4 but feels way bigger. We spent a lot of time on both of the decks. 10/10 would stay again.

Rest Nest

We originally booked this stay planning to do a bunch of hiking, but I had a cold and felt exhausted, so we mostly just lounged around. The cottage was so clean and peaceful and comfy that it did feel like the perfect rest nest for a weekend away from life’s worries. We cooked all weekend and loved the well-equipped kitchen and dining on the lovely patio watching the ocean waves and the wind blowing through the eucalyptus trees.

Kellie and Brandt were very welcoming hosts!! We felt at home in their lovely Sea Esta house. It was toasty warm and the bed was comfortable. Loved the filtered water in the kitchen and availability of the hair dryer, thank you!! The home is a short walk to the beach. We'll bring binoculars next visit. Each morning we enjoyed counting the deer on the hill top while looking out of the kitchen window. Looking out of the dining room glass doors we could see the ocean waves rolling in. We needed a longer stay to enjoy the fire pit and deck in backFYI: The Sea Esta home, like most all of the homes in the neighborhood, is multi-level. There are stairs to get up to the front door, stairs to get up into the main level of the home and stairs down to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. For mobility challenged persons this is important to know.

Fabulous place to stay!

We loved our stay at Sea Esta! The house was really cozy, with many creature comforts: a light filled living space, a well equipted kitchen, heavenly beds, pristine bathrooms, and a comfortable deck to take in the lovely view and the sound of the waves! The hosts provided a very generous and carefully chosen assortment of locally-produced goodies that started our getaway on a delectible and decadent note! The hosts go above and beyond to make things comfortable and welcoming for their guests! Lucky us! (And although we didnt have kids with us, this house is definitely set up to accommodate and welcome kids! ) Definitely a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Dillon Beach! 🏖 it was so hard to leave! We'll be back! oceanocean.

We had a wonderful stay! Sea Esta is perfectly cozy will all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway. The house is clean, bright and modern. It’s stocked with games, beach toys and within walking distance from the beach. Kellie was also very quick to respond when I needed help with the speakers. We cannot wait to book again!

We own and operate the internet company here in Dillon Beach, so we also get to serve hundreds of homes while also hosting Sea Esta. We love Dillon Beach and think it's a hidden gem on the Northern California coast. Our favorite things to do are walk down to the coast, watch the tides change, search for starfish and greet fellow beachgoers.
