Large 1-bedroom unit equipped with everything you need for your stay! This stylish place is centrally located right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Yaletown, and Robson Square. The building is a luxury equipped with a private theatre, 24hrs concierge, gym, and lounge.
Note that there's a construction project recently started across the street. There might be construction noises during workdays.

Full-Size bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. VERY Quiet environment. Hooked with WiFi and a working station. In-unit washer-dryer, dishwasher, and bathtub. Save and private parking spot in the building. 500sqft space.

The property is one of the most luxurious buildings in Vancouver. It's Leed certified. There's a private movie theatre on the first floor that you can use whenever you want to have a private viewing experience. Fully equipped gym, sunna, meeting room on the 5th floor.
The property is very safe. Accessible only with a key fob on all entrances and all floors.

This is one of the most convenient and desirable neighborhoods in the city. It’s right next to Yaletown, just a 6-minute walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Multiple bus lines and the SkyTrain are nearby, making it easy to get around and explore everything the city has to offer.
