If you love the outdoors, this house is for you! This adorable Grantham house offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with New Hampshire touches throughout. Enjoy the Eastman community, lake, recreation center, pickleball, tennis, golf, hiking and close to Sunapee and Ragged for the winter folks.
With a variety of sleeping arrangements everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The house features three full bathrooms, 2 living areas and 2 decks/porches, one upper one lower. Walk out the back door to enjoy 20 miles of trails, bike, hike or cross country ski. End the day by campfire under the bright stars of NH.

The location was a bit farther out than we expected, which made getting around a little less convenient. Unfortunately, the downstairs area—including the TV room, extra beds, and bathroom—had a strong musty smell, so we ended up avoiding that part of the house altogether. Cleanliness was also below expectations: there was noticeable dust in the bathrooms and main living space, hair (not ours) in the shower and master bed, and leftover food items in the fridge. The upstairs shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool while showering, and the complimentary body wash in the main bathroom was completely empty. Some windows lacked curtains (including the master bedroom), which was a bit surprising and reduced privacy. On the positive side, the house itself was very cute and stylishly decorated, and the keyless entry made check-in and access super convenient. We also appreciated the availability of extra towels, wash cloths, pillows, and throw blankets—it was nice to have those on hand. The beds and living room couches were very comfortable, and the overall living space—kitchen, dining, and living room—was a good size for relaxing and spending time together. The upstairs bedroom was also pleasantly quiet and dark, which made for restful sleep. With a deeper cleaning and a few maintenance updates, this could be a much more enjoyable and comfortable stay.

We loved this home. "One more night" is an apt name. Plenty of space to be together but also private space when you didn't want to. Beautiful place and we love the Eastman community. We enjoyed the lake, golf and hiking along the brook. There is a trail behind the house that leads all the way to activity center.

Convenient location to family in Grantham, cozy home, excellent grill… minor issue was no screen in upstairs bedroom to open windows for fresh air.

Perfect House!

Super clean, and extremely responsive landlord. The basement was a perfect "kid area" that allowed parents to enjoy some quality adult time in the first floor living room. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location! Cozy house!

We stayed at this house while in town to watch our daughter ski race for her college at Whaleback Mountain. The house is so cozy and clean! There is everything you need and nothing that you don't. I would definitely stay there again! We all loved it!

Nice place but…

We liked the place BUT the host did not send us the code ahead of time, and then we couldn’t reach her for an hour after check in time. So we stood around in the driveway hoping she would call back. Unacceptable. Also, our bedroom window had no screen so we couldn’t open the window (NH mosquitoes) and there was no AC so the room was really stuffy. You need AC or open windows in the summer.
