Arrive and park to spy this tranquil hideaway, surrounded by serene greenery and shade galore! An outdoor grill and shower can be found on the outside of the home, as well as plenty of yard space- making it the perfect spot for cook outs and wine or morning coffee and people watching in town. Step inside and into an open cottage foyer with the bedroom and bathroom down on the first level. The queen master down has french doors that lead to an open air outdoor porch with trellis and two Adirondack chairs, the perfect escape for morning coffee. There is an adjacent full bath off the foyer entrance and queen with a single vanity and shower only.

Head upstairs to land in a spacious, open floor plan on the second level, surrounded by windows that allow beautiful sunshine to radiate throughout the level. The second story features a kitchen to the left of the staircase with a compact fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two burner electrical stovetop, and coffee pot. (no oven) There is an adjacent dining area for six. The open living room has ample seating, plenty of natural light, and a flat screen TV. This level can serve as the ultimate chill space, and is also separate from the sleeping quarters, allowing for the perfect balance and convenience for guests.
