The primary bedroom is very large with king bedroom and huge bathroom with tub and shower plus a small living room and TV. 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed and own Full Bathroom. 3rd Bedroom has King Bed plus its own Full Bathroom. 4th bedroom is Queen Bedroom. 5th bedroom has 2 Full Size beds and 1 twin under. 6th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 1 twin. 7th Bedroom has 3 Full Size Beds and 2 Twins. There is 3 more Bathrooms, making it a total 5 Full Bathrooms and 1 Half Bathroom.

Very quiet and private home with couple of acres, the pool is private and the large creek is breath taking and all you can hear is water falls.
No parties inviting other people to house.

No unregistered and unpaid guests.

No pets in the pool or hot tub.

Only 2 people in the master bedroom bathroom hot tub, its not made to support more than 2 people.

No food or beverages in pool or hot tub.

No parking in the neighbors driveway on the on main road, we have two driveways and plenty of parking.

Any smells left over from dogs, cooking or anything else we I’ll need to charge extra cleaning fee. Please consider what you cook if you don’t want to pay higher cleaning fee. Strong smells that remain after you leave take more work to remove for the next guests. So we need to charge a fee for the extra cleaning. The more time it takes to clean the more it will be added regarding smells.
