Perfect Getaway for 2

We had a wonderful week in our South Seaside Park cottage, a very clean and breezy home. It was perfectly located between the bay and the ocean. The owners were gracious and helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Perfect spot for a couples vacation

Nice, clean, private cottage behind the main house. It is a quick walk to a private beach and we enjoyed it each day. We hope to return to this spot next year. The owners were around, and are friendly but not intrusive. An all around great time.

Relaxing getaway

My spouse and I had the most relaxing week in this charming and private apartment. Located in the back of the property, it provided a feeling of having your own beach cottage. We had brought food, mostly for breakfast as well as hot dogs and burgers that we cooked on the provided grill. The walk to the ocean side is an easy one and having the beach passes is great. A couple of times we went to the boardwalk in Seaside Heights for a change of scenery. Coming back after the beach, having a nice shower and then relaxing (some more) in front of the tv with a good selection of entertainment options made for a great vacation. The week was easygoing and relaxing, in large part thanks to the accommodations.

Quiet bay sunsets, friendly hosts

Excellent location—quiet on bayside with gorgeous sunset views steps away. Beach around 2 blocks away. A few delicious restaurants right around the corner, and Island Beach State Park is directly next door. Rich and Angela were very friendly and available for contact/any needs. Cottage is a comfortable size with full kitchen, ample tv stations, & closet space. Bed slightly hard, would suggest bringing a cushion and more pillows. Cleaning supplies provided, and guest is expected to clean for upcoming guest. No driveway parking provided, but sufficient street parking available. Overall, would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great place for two to stay while at the beach

What a wonderful little cottage!!! This cottage is located behind a main house, it’s quaint, cozy, and comfy for two. All of the necessary amenities are included, full kitchen, with full sized fridge, range/stove and microwave. Outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the house, an outdoor grill and so much more. The owner is super accommodating and is very familiar with the area if you are looking for something on the island. Now… those of you who are not familiar with the Jersey barrier islands should know that after Super Storm Sandy most homes were raised to avoid tidal flooding. So yes, there is a flight of steps to the front door. But there is a flight of steps to practically every front door on the island. It’s a must!!! We absolutely loved staying here and will probably return again next season. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

Great Couple Get Away

This cute little cottage stay is in a location to enjoy great food/drinks places, go to the beach or if you would like to explore Island State Park. We practically walked everywhere. The cottage was on the modern side. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all of the items (pots, pans, utensils, glasses, dishes, coffee pot, mugs) needed to stay for the week if you like to cook inside. Do you like to cook outside? A grill was readily available. There is an outside shower to rinse with hot or cold water when coming off the beach and a hose to rinse beach items. The owner and his family were very friendly but never intrusive. Privacy was perfect. Parking was not an issue. Owner and neighbors enjoyed their patios or decks but there was never any noisy late night partying. Everyone was very respectful of noise in the morning also.

Cozy cottage for two. All new construction. Quiet street right by the bay and park.

We really enjoyed our week at this cottage. It's all new and very clean. The owners are very nice. The cottage is located less than a block from the bay in a very quiet section of Sea Side Park. Just perfect for a couples getaway.
