Beautiful spacious end unit centrally located in OC, with a lovely water view and straight across from the pool. A large back deck with seating for 6, and a balcony to enjoy sunsets. Grill and picnic table out front for wet bathing suit pool breaks. Two parking spaces, a private boat ramp, and on-site private trailer parking. Offset from all the hustle and bustle yet a quick walk into excitement when you want it. All rooms have room-darkening curtains for the perfect nap time or late sleep-in. A very short walk to Jolly Rogers amusement park, Water park, Old Pro Mini Golf, jet ski rentals, Restaurants, Candy Kitchen, and Go-karts. The Boardwalk starts one block down on 27th Street. Enjoy a day of fishing, crabbing, and boating from your private pier. This home is a perfect getaway with the family or a group of close friends. Your home away from home.

Neighbors are most helpful and kind. A family-friendly and safe place to step out from the excitement to relax without the noise and commotion. Enjoy coming back from the beach and take a dip in the pool, then have dinner on the back deck and enjoy the sunset
この宿泊施設の特徴
We are so lucky to be an end unit. Our Townhouse is larger than most and feels like a home away from home. The pool is directly across from us so just a few steps away. Bring your boat and dock it to our 30 ft long 6 ft wide shred pier with our neighbor Mike
