This condo is the perfect spot for a family, two couples, a bachelorette party, etc. (really anyone) looking to enjoy the very best of Pensacola! Location, Location, Location! Walk to the Palafox Market, Bay Center, a show at the Saenger. Once you've had enough and are ready to relax, return to the suite to watch a show, cook a meal on the stainless steel appliances, or play a board game with the family.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a discounted rate ($10/night) for the Premium Parking lot that is directly behind the Lofts. Guests simply need to send us their license plate, pull into the lot and park! Easy as that.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.
