Spectacular 2,200 square-foot loft with 50 ft. balcony overlooking the corner of Palafox & Intendencia Streets. The Loft on Palafox features a huge living room that is perfect for events up to 85 people*, a full kitchen with pass through bar, two private tables bathrooms, sitting area with 75” TV & queen sofa sleeper, exquisite king bedroom. The Loft on Palafox is perfect for your bridesmaids get-ready, rehearsal dinner, office party, retirement, birthday or holiday party, baby & bridal showers and just about any type of gathering you can imagine. The living room can easily accommodate 48 for a seated dinner and 85 for cocktails & hors douvres. The 50 foot balcony overlooks historic Palafox Street & downtown’s vibrant entertainment district.

This is listed as a 2 bedroom and it is not. It is a one bedroom with a den. The den has a large open wall into the living room. This listing needs to be fixed.The host failed to inform us that we would not be able to access the parking space for half the time we stayed.The living room space of the loft is lovely, but the kitchen is very dated.

Paula, This beautiful apartment located in the very heart of Downtown Pensacola is most often used for events with the occasional overnight guests. The 2nd bedroom has a heavy curtain to provide privacy from the living area. However, per your suggestion, the 2nd bedroom is now listed as a Sitting Room with a Queen sofa sleeper. When you booked this apartment for the entire Mardi Gras weekend, I learned that you came specifically to see your friends who were involved in the Mardi Gras parades and to watch the parades. Prior to your arrival, we communicated that due only to construction, the parade route would be on Jefferson Street which would block off access to our parking lot for the Friday evening parade and the Saturday afternoon parade. Our 5 VRBO apartments on Palafox are the only ones in the heart of downtown with private gated parking. I am very sorry that you were inconvenienced by the parade closure. I will take steps to provide future guests who book for Mardi Gras parades with an abundance of information regarding parking . Thank you so much for your feedback. We strive to give all of our guest a wonderful experience in Pensacola. Deborah

Yes, it is a great place to stay, conveniently located in the heart of the downtown entertainment and restaurant district. Perfect for business gatherings, wedding, anniversary, and retirement events, birthday parties and much more. Seated dinners for up to 60 people and stand up events for up to 100.

The Loft is within walking distance of over 40 fabulous restaurants, all the major entertainment venues, and downtown wedding venues. Pensacola Beach is a quick 15 minute drive.

The Loft on Palafox is in a building that was commissioned in 1870 by Don Francisco Moreno. The original post & beam construction and exposed brick are visible throughout the loft. A 100 year-old Knabe baby grand piano and two 10x10 skylights provide the setting for spectacular photography. The baby grand piano is tuned twice a year and we can provide musicians for your special event.
