Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Pensacola’s Historic Old East Hill District! This newly built home is just two short blocks from the Pensacola Bay Center and directly across the street from the stylish Lily Hall and the acclaimed Brother Fox restaurant.

You’re only a five-minute walk from vibrant Palafox Street, where you’ll find a wide variety of dining options, boutique shopping, lively bars, and top-notch entertainment venues. We’re also close to the historic Saenger Theatre and just a quick ride from Blue Wahoo's Stadium, home of Pensacola’s beloved minor league baseball team.

Our stay was perfect- Great location. A couple things: The floor lamp to the right of chairs was not working. Knob was missing. The bikes came in handy. One had low air on back tire. Saw pump but did not fill as the others worked great. We would for sure stay again. One of best we have stayed in. Thank you.

I want to live here!

Those were my first words when we arrived. We were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom is large with a large bathroom. The shower is great and the shower floor is not slippery. It is convenient to our favorite places. It was a real plus to have the garage, which fit our Highlander. The outdoor patio is lovely for relaxing in the evening. We'll make an effort to return!

Perfect Family Getaway

Location & cleanliness drives my VRBO selection. This place checked both boxes and more. The 6 bicycles let us easily explore downtown Pensacola in a fun way! Lounging in the side patio, aglow with lights at night, was a perfect spot to end the day.

Property was excellent! Great location and super clean. Rented for my son's wedding and had the best time. Master bath is incredible!! Come wells stocked with things that you need to get ready like an ironing board, steamer, and plenty of towels. Highly recommend!!

Loved the outdoor firepit. Was nice to just sit around and enjoy the evening. The place was very clean and welcoming. The only downside I have is that I recieved a parking ticket for parking in the driveway since the garage was not big enough for my truck.

Perfect location

Property is situated in an ideal location to easily get to beaches and enjoy downtown night life. It was equipped with six new bikes, that we took full advantage of. Lastly, the property was cute and clean and had all necessary needs for daily living.

Rest work eat

Great place. Further walk to bars than I thought. Could not get air working properly but not a big deal only there at night. Did not call and ask for help. Has a great two car garage but I could not use to short for my truck. Would have been nice. Good place plenty big.
