Host was very friendly and communicated with us prior to our visit. House was clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all 6 of us to sit, plus there was another room downstairs if we wanted to.

The layout was very unusual being that the main living area and kitchen were up several steps. The furniture was sparse and properly needed a lot of attention.

The house worked very well for our needs. Plenty of room. House was easy to find. The neighborhood is working class but felt very safe. Enjoyed the park across the street. Was surprised that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor but that was not a problem for us. It was nice to eat our meals on the balcony. Winchester was central to areas we wanted to visit. A lot less traffic in Winchester than in Lexington. A short drive to Walmart and Kroger.
