The Brown Pelican offers a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full baths, and plenty of deck space to take in the warm ocean breeze!
Offering a short walk to the beach (approximately 0.2 miles), you can enjoy a day of surfing, swimming or just relaxing in the warm sun. This awesome location makes shopping and dining a breeze, so what are you waiting for? Start your vacation at The Brown Pelican!
NEW for 2025 - Updates to be completed the end of March. Full kitchen and top level bathroom renovation. New interior paint, new roof, and new decks!
The Brown Pelican includes a credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 4th and October 19th, 2025 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
Layout:
Ground Level: Covered parking, outdoor shower.
Mid Level: Living area, sleeper sofa, dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, queen bedroom, full bath.
Top Level: Queen bedroom, Jack and Jill bath, bedroom with 2 twins.
