Excellent property and excellent hosts! The house is well cleaned and has everything you need for an extended stay. The location is lovely, it practically borders silver lake park and is just a 25 minute walk from downtown. The hosts were respectful and responsive to all needs. I would highly recommended this property for anyone, in particular those who need a longer term place to stay!

Close to Mayo Clinic

It was what we needed for my husbands after surgery care. It was clean and close to Mayo. I would recommend this house for your stay in Rochester.

Not exactly the best

We were renting a house as my husband was having surgery on his back. When we arrived we had trouble getting into the house and then trying to lock the house again was very difficult. It turned out the lock was broken. The next night I put popcorn in the microwave and went to the bathroom. While in the bathroom I heard an awful sound from the kitchen. Luckily I was near by as the microwave was emitting sparks and starting a smell fire in the microwave. Needless to say they needed a new one. The next day while taking a bath the only way to fill the tub was by turning on the shower, because the stopper that changes the water flow from the shower to the tub was unmovable! The next day we took showers and when I reached up to turn the head on the shower to a stronger flow water started spraying out from the connection of the shower head to the pipe! Lastly on the instructions that was left in the house it said that check out time was at 11:00. At 10:00 am there cleaning crew showed up to say she was there to clean and she had only a short time as the next guest was arriving at 12:00! Not only was I shocked as I thought we had an hour more, and moving my husband who just had back surgery wasn't happening too quickly, but we would make it out by 11:00 which we did. If you are staying in the area due to surgery at Mayo I would say this is not the place for you. You don't need things breaking, and the house smells musty, and needs to be fixed up!

We had a great time. It will be one of our best holidays. The house was perfect to host Thanksgiving. From the cozy living room to the most comfy beds and all the amenities to feel like home. We look forward to staying there again if we are back in town. Thank you again.

Nice place to stay

Nicer than hotels, location is great! Patio is awesome. Really liked the combo entry locks and garage. I'd recommend staying here

Perfect house for our time at Mayo.

The house is wonderful, spacious and clean with a big backyard, which my dog loved. Amir was so helpful and accommodating to our sudden need for housing. It was just a short drive away from Mayo campus which made going back and forth very convenient. The house was everything we could have asked for, and way better than staying in a hotel. It’ll be our go to stay in Rochester from now on.

Older small home with very good property managers

This home is older, so don't expect perfection. We had a few issues, but Amir and Sathrina were very helpful and quick to resolve them. They are wonderful people to work with. It was nice to have a fenced backyard for our dog. Also, we appreciated that the washer and dryer were updated and clean. The only shower is upstairs, so make sure you can climb stairs! Since we had our vehicle with us, the garage came in very handy. The home is about 10 blocks from the Mayo Clinic, and we were able to walk back and forth during the 7 weeks we were there. A nice little park (Goose Egg Park) is about 3 blocks away and has some decent tennis courts. The house is also very convenient to Rochester's nice trail system. Thanks, Amir and Satharina!

Better Late than never

Thank you for the short notice booking and allowing my furry 6 pound family member join us. It was clean and nice to have a home base to gather each night after tests at the Mayo clinic. The garage and fenced back yard both were an added bonus.

Cozy older home

It was very clean and cozy little home away from home. We were in town for a graduation and wedding and this place was the answer plenty of room for the wedding decorations and guest popping in and out this week.

Great for an extended Mayo Clinic visit.

The house was very cozy and only a few houses off of the main road to hospital. It was perfect for my husband and sister-in-laws recovery from transplant surgery. The manger Amir was always very friendly on the phone and very easy to get in contact with. We will definitely stay at their properties again.
