This house was PERFECT for our 5 person bachelorette weekend get away. The location was easy and convenient. Felt safe. It was comfy, well kept, fully stocked and well decorated. Zero issues with check in or check out. We didn’t need to contact the host as everything was in working order and clearly explained. Already talking about booking again for a family weekend!

Good location, nice amount of room for 8 people

Enjoyed our stay as we ( good friends) gathered for an event at The Murat. Nice kitchen and allowed for us to enjoy meals right there and then walk to our venue. Lots of restaurants/bars close by if you enjoy that as well. Wonderful historical buildings close by as well.Kitchen was a little sparse. Didn't have enough glasses for 8 people. Little tight on silverware for 8.Could have used more than one louch of coffee. But would stay here again.

A gem of a stay

This house was perfection. We took a chance renting with no reviews, the house had just been put up for rent days before we booked. It ended up being all we needed and more. It's a newly renovated, beautiful home in a picturesque neighborhood. We walked to eat and get coffee. There are so many good options within blocks! We wanted for nothing while there. All necessary and added amenities, comfortable beds and thoughtful touches. Would definitely rent again!

Where to begin. Kyle & Christine were fabulous to rent from. On the day of check in, I had a small concern in regards to number of guests that I had originally booked. The situation was resolved in less than 5 minutes. The house was perfect for myself / wife / and some other guests whom were in town for my son’s wedding. On a side note, the area the house sits in is perfect for having an event in downtown Indy. Thank You so much for making my son’s wedding a little less chaotic. Mike & Kim Kick

Kyle and Christine‘s place is beautiful and very, very clean! Beds so comfortable Wonderfully updated older home and in a fantastic location to everything Indianapolis! Communication was great and we they were very accommodating to us. The only caveat I have is that if you have any mobility issues, the steps are somewhat difficult to manage, and it could be a risk for anyone who is not quite as spry, like I was!
