Carriage House - Historical District One Block off High Street

The Carriage House is a small apartment in the back of a historical property one block from High Street. In the living area is a small couch, chair, TV, and kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. The main bedroom has a king bed and dresser with an attached second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is off the living/kitchenette area. There is an outdoor space for you to enjoy with chairs and firepit. Please note there are four steps up into the bedrooms, so guest must be able to walk up and down stairs. The Carriage House is one block from the shops, restaurants, historical buildings, and bars on High Street. Perfect location between Boerne and Fredericksburg. Feel free to smoke outside, but no smoking inside.

Clean, convenient and the “little extras” in the kitchen and bath were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Outside sitting area was quiet and peaceful for morning coffee.

Quiet and comfortable

Wonderful stay we enjoyed the wildlife and the animals. The house was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Loved being so close walking distance to the shops too!

Easter weekend in Comfort

The property was beautiful, flower garden, and outdoor seating were wonderful. This property is an easy walk to High Street dining and shopping. Nice get away in a quiet setting.

Awesome Stay

We truly enjoyed staying at this very cozy, comfortable cottage!! Sandra, the host, was very easy to contact and serviced our needs immediately. The cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
