Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Location was excellent. Less than 30 minute walk to Broadway. We didn’t use the kitchen except for the fridge but it appeared to be well stocked. The bedrooms had nice queen size beds and one had a large mirror that lit up. It was a nice touch for getting ready. The unit is on the second floor. We could hear the people upstairs every time they walked. It was fine durning the day but it woke us up every morning.

We had a great time staying at your condo. It is very convenient to all the activities that Nashville has to offer. Mike was very responsive to any issues that came or any questions that we ask. Mike even went so far as to have Amazon deliver a blender to us within 3 hours from the time we called him with an issue.Great service!! We would love to return to this location again sometime.

This condo is well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. The free covered parking is great. It is a short drive to just about anything you could want to do. It is stocked with everything you could need including coffee, toiletries, and even sound machines!

The day was fantastic right down to the little touches like the coffee bar, fully equipped with coffee and creamers pot and cake cup. It was a nice location to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and sit on the balcony overlooking the river with a short walk to downtown if you follow the river and turn on Church Street before you know what you’re downtown on Broadway.. condo was very clean and cutely decorated. I would definitely recommend this condo. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Everything was wonderful.!

The unit was tastefully decorated and included some nice touches, like everything we needed for morning coffee, hair dryers, lighted makeup mirrors, toiletries, etc. The location was good with ample covered parking. It was a little bit of a walk to downtown but was close enough.

Great location with a nice view of the Cumberland River. Unit was well stocked with essentials and Mike was very nice and responsive. Reason for the 4 stars given on cleanliness that’s an easy fix is only because the floor could’ve used a good mopping and wasn’t due to the construction across the street (no dust or dirt settling anywhere else in the unit) or because it’s an unwaxed floor (I have a similar floor). The rest of the unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Overall a great stay and would recommend! One thing to know that the property description doesn’t mention is there is only stair access to this 2nd floor unit, no elevator.

We had a great stay! Condo exceeded our expectations on decor, amenities / items provided in the unit and comfort. Covered parking was a plus along with views of the river. An easy walk to Broadway with sidewalks all along the way. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Condo was ok, somewhat clean. Location was not good, street was dark, so unable to walk downtown. Construction going on. Could not open the balcony door due to mosquitoes, the river has green water. There were rodents and wildlife running around. Owner was very responsive and communication was good however, I would not stay there again

We loved being right on the river and right in town. The back deck was perfect for watching the tugboats. There were 5 ground hogs and a couple of raccoons that visited every day for treats. The Grand Ole Opry was a great part of our trip and Broadway was just a mile or so away.

The location of the condo is a little bit of a walk to the downtown area. I wouldn't want to walk it at night. The condo itself, was decorated cute, but it is an older building, so it had a musty smell to it. The floors could have had a better cleaning (they were sticky and your feet/socks were black after walking around). Next stay will be downtown in one of the newer hotels.

Lovely place. It was well centralized location for tours,shops, Lower Broadway and restaurants. The view of the river was a plus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was lovely and well done. It’s about a 10 minute walk to broadway, and the back porch faces the river. It’s a place of calm in the middle of the city. There are a bunch of groundhogs, like maybe 7, that patrol the back yard and beg for food. They even have a little work down trail that skirts the edge of the water where they run the most. They’re so fat and happy, standing on their back legs and interacting with other ppl on other balconies. They were a fun part of every single one of our mornings there. The home is comfortable, clean, and comes with built in entertainment in terms of the river and passing barges and the funny little animals that you see and interact with on a daily basis. I would love to come again. My mom said she was going to “miss this place” when we left. I really think she meant the back porch, despite the loveliness of the home. Thanks for everything, Mike.

The Riverfront condos are centrally locaed . 7 miles North of Broadway on the Cumberland River in New Germantown. Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
