Everything was great except the pool could use a good cleaning, not sure if the filters need cleaned or if it needs a good vacuum cleaner but there was a lot of debris in the bottom

The house was roomy and spacious, and very clean. Everything was as expected and the decor very appealing. The bonus game room was a lot of fun! The pool and hot tub were both clean and we paid for heating. The only downside is that it shut off at 8 PM. We would have liked to relax in the pool/hot tub after very long days at the parks, between 8 pm and 10 pm.overall very comfortable.

Disney family vacation stay

When we arrived to the property, we discovered our reservation had been changed. It was a bit of a hassle at the front gate since we’re assigned a different not than the one we reserved. We booked the reservation 6 months in advance was not made aware of the change until our arrival. We also discovered the property manager was different than who we made the reservation with. The unit we ended up in was fine, but not the one we reserved, so be prepared for potentially the same treatment. The property is gated and feels safe. The property is well-kept and close to the Disney Parks, grocery stores and restaurants. Overall good, just strange with the reservation fiasco.

Not as expected

My family was really looking forward to this house as it fit us all and it was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. However, we had paid for pool/spa heating and it wasn't turned on when we got there, then after two calls and emails, there was two visits from a pool man who said the pool will only heat if the spa is running. The spa has a 60 minute timer - so there was no possible way to keep that running to heat the pool. Every time we tried to get in contact with the rental company after that no one answered and there wasn't a voicemail. We have asked for a refund for at least the heating charge and have yet to be compensated. We would not have rented the property if we had known that the pool wasn't going to work as we have two kids that love swimming. Additionally, there was dirty bedding/comforter that wasn't actually on the bed but folded up in the closet. In all pictures it should have been on the bed. On the colder nights the blanket would have helped.

It seems there may have been a misunderstanding about how the heating system operates. To clarify, when the spa jets are running, the heating focuses on the spa, and the pool will not heat simultaneously. This setup is typical for these systems, but we understand how this may have caused confusion and impacted your experience. We will review how we communicate these instructions to ensure future guests have a clearer understanding. As for the bedding, we weren’t aware of this issue during your stay, as it was not reported to us at the time. We encourage all guests to notify us immediately of any housekeeping concerns so that we can address them promptly. Nonetheless, we will review this with our team to ensure that all linens are thoroughly inspected and appropriately placed before each guest's arrival. We apologize for any frustration caused We truly value your feedback and are committed to making improvements where needed. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
