The Space:

The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen as the kids race toward their Disney‑themed retreat, and laughter echoes through the spacious dining space. As the day winds down, the flat‑screen TV glows softly, offering a cozy spot to unwind together. The home feels alive with easy rhythm, perfect for families seeking both adventure and relaxation in Orlando.



Sleeping arrangements

The house sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king size beds, walk‑in closets, and their own bathrooms, giving adults privacy and comfort. The third bedroom is designed for children and includes a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, a walk‑in closet, and a bathroom. This playful space is stocked with toys, costumes, a ball pit, and a tent, creating a magical retreat just for kids. One bedroom is located downstairs, while the other two are upstairs.



Living & work spaces

An open living and dining layout encourages gathering, with a comfortable sofa and flat‑screen TV for movie nights. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace let you catch up on emails or plan the next day’s itinerary. Self check‑in is seamless with a smart lock, and a private entrance adds a sense of ease and privacy throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything needed for home‑style meals. An open connection to the dining area keeps conversation flowing while you prepare breakfast or share dinner after a long day at the parks.



Family‑friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can enjoy an indoor play area filled with toys, books, and an arcade game. The ball pit and tent provide extra fun, while adults relax nearby knowing the little ones are entertained safely.



Bathrooms & laundry

Three bathrooms include bathroom essentials and a bathtub for added comfort. A washer and free in‑unit dryer make longer stays and family travel easier.

Guests have access to a shared pool and gym, perfect for a refreshing swim or quick workout. Free parking on the premises accommodates two vehicles.

Located in Kissimmee, the home offers easy access to Orlando’s theme parks while providing a quiet, family‑focused environment. The setting stays comfortable year‑round, letting you focus on time together rather than the weather outside.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
