TC West Side Condo, Central Location, Spacious, Dog Friendly!

Spacious two-bedroom condo with two full baths, beautiful balcony deck, centrally located in Traverse City, MI. Location is everything when you are vacationing and our unit(s) will put you just blocks from the beach, the Commons at the Old State Hospital grounds, the TART Trail, and downtown TC - all in easy walking distance. Being on the west side of downtown Traverse City, it's quick and easy to do the M-22 drive and head to the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, enjoy outdoor music and food at the Lake Ann Brewery, or visit Suttons Bay, Fishtown (Leland), or any of the numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, and amazing restaurants in the area. While at home, enjoy the gorgeous kitchen, sink into the sectional sofa, or enjoy a cocktail on the deck. Great food, great shopping, and fun entertainment!

We do have a three night minimum stay, except in our high-demand month of July which typically requires a six-night minimum. If you'd like to bring your dog, please make sure to read the contract and click the pet tab. Additional charges do apply.

The condo is one of two above one of the biggest party stores in Traverse City, West Side Beverage, featuring a huge assortment of libations. Note that it is a second-floor walk-up unit.

Please check out our neighboring properties for larger groups. The second condo is VRBO 2204221, which is the mirror image of this unit, also sleeping up to six people. Both units are above West Side Beverage, so if you have a larger party, book both:) Situated behind West Side Beverage, VRBO 1239086 is the two-story, three bedroom home which was built in 1896 and lovingly restored with all of the modern amenities. It sleeps 8 quite comfortably.

This VRBO is in a perfect location with a brewery, hamburger spot, and a coffee shop less than a 5 minute walk. Downtown Front Street bars, shops, restaurants, breweries, and the Tart Trail for biking are all less than a mile away! I plan to stay again and the apartment is really clean, welcoming and very nicely decorated.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the condo. The space was comfortable, nicely decorated, comfy and spotless! It was also much bigger than anticipated. We were able to walk everywhere on our visit and also have the convenience of having the store below for any last minute needs. I highly recommend a stay here. I would most definitely come back!

This property was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and in a nice location. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Bring shampoo and body wash as these are not provided. Situated in a nice neighborhood across from a small brewery and down the street from a coffee house. Tom was responsive and friendly. The location is a short drive or nice bike ride to the main shopping area. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a clean, conveniently located, comfortable, pet friendly location.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed for three nights at this VRBO located in Slabtown and cannot wait to stay again! The condo is located above a liquor store but is not noisy at all. The place was very clean and just as advertised in the pictures. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you’ll need. The location is perfect and in walking distance from delicious eats at Slabtown Burgers and Modern Bird.

Perfect spot

The location is perfect for easy access to Downtown TC and shorter trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes or Leelanau. Very clean and convenient, we love staying here.

Amazing apartment for girls weekend

Overall this place was the perfect hub for our girls weekend in Traverse City. The hosts gave us the info we needed before we arrived and had everything ready when we got there. 11/10 if I could rate it! Cute, cozy and spacious.

Great location and condo

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo is very comfortable for a group of 4 people. It was clean, updated and the location was very close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Location

This condo was an excellent pick. The location allowed us to bike to town, trails, walk to the coffee shop in the morning, near grocery shopping and walk or bike to restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect

Very nicely decorated! It felt like we were in our own home it was so comfortable, we had 2 couples and everyone loved it. Great location as well we would definitely return! The pictures online don’t do it justice. Also loved having the liquor/convenience store down below us.

My sister, cousins and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my 50th bday. The place was easy to find, parking was convenient, right near the entrance door. There are quite a few stairs, be prepared, but wide enough to carry items easily. The place was larger than I expected and we were all excited to look around. We loved the kitchen, the color palatte, and spacious living areas. We didn't prepare any meals, but the refrigerator and freezer were in perfect working condition. There is a gas grill on the balcony which we were not expecting. We didn't use it, as we never ate at there. The area is safe and quiet. Close to the busier area of Front St. but you can't hear it. A nice mexican restaurant and brewery across the street wirh outdoor seating. Beds are comfortable with lots if pillows, just a few blankets, so if you like blankets, bring an extra 1 or 2. 1 lady prefers couches to sleep on and said she slept great. Showers have hot water quickly and the pressure is just right. We all agreed we'd stay here again!

This place is a gem and more than expected! The kitchen was stocked with many things beyond dishes and cookware. Just so many little extras above and beyond. Beverages down below. Food beside you and food and drinks across street. I would definitely stay again. When we had Air Conditioning issues they brought portable unit immediately!
