Great stay!!

Beach Barracks was great, great location for us, we love the west end of the beach. The pool was amazing!

Family vacation

We had so much fun at the beach house! The kids loved the pool even when the hard rain turned it green on last day . I would only suggest get rid of the thorny weeds in the back my dog hated them and I hated picking them out of his paws and fur! Beds are so comfy and the home was very clean and inviting.

Nice Golf Cart, Terrible Management

The golf cart was the best part about this rental. The pool was nice. 4'-6', so no true shallow end which may be important to people with small kids. The beds were all very comfortable! Just about everything looked new. We enjoyed the little extras for the kids like the uno cards, pool toys, etc. The property management was terrible though. Trash pick up is on Thursday. We arrived on Wednesday, so the trash was obviously full and out at the road- that's fine. However, the previous renter had a huge pile of trash piled up beside the can. It was the first thing we saw and smelled when we arrived. I contacted property management, and after being told it wasn't priority, it was picked up by maintenance Friday evening. Ants were everywhere outside the home. Weeds were out of control too. The extra side yard was complete false advertising. The weeds were so high and it was full of sand spurs. No way the kids could play over there. One of the key pads didn't work and nobody came to fix it as promised. We entered through another less convenient door the whole time. There was also trash left around the pool area. They only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests. Only one paper towel roll, no laundry pods. We had to stock the whole house ourselves. This is the first place I've stayed at in many years that was so stingy.
