Located minutes from I-70, you are set for a quick trip to the mountains or 15 minutes from everything downtown Denver has to offer.
Being less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada, it’s easy to take advantage of all the restaurants, shops, and RTD light rail in this little historic zone. They also have a Farmer's Market every Sunday in the summer season.
The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms, a ping pong table, smart TVs, a large assortment of Starbucks coffee, a private outdoor patio with a grill, and a skateboarding bowl!
Another cool bonus is that the owner hand-crafted 95% of the furniture! The place is built tough with skateboarders in mind and shares the area's rich history. The home is filled with epic portraits of skaters ripping apart Colorado's skate scene, too! It's an epic spot!

My name is Brooklyn, and I am from Atlanta, GA. I also spent a couple of years in Asheville, NC before deciding to make my big jump to Colorado.
I came to Denver with hopes of a cooler climate and searching for a network of more outdoorsy people. I found it, no worries!
I am also an avid skateboarder and happy to report finding the utopia of a skateboarding scene.
Another perk would be the music scene, too many amazing venues scattered throughout the city and surrounding areas. Pretty big bonus to be so close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre!
I work part-time as a Starbucks barista and have a lengthy history in hospitality jobs. I was eager to jump on the opportunity to be a short-term rental host, I feel it's in my blood and bones. I love coordinating social gatherings and bringing others together to make lifelong memories. Hosting gives me a way of doing what I do best. Thanks for reading! Hope to help host you soon!

The furniture in this home was all custom-made by the owner himself!
Jerry combined the mediums of metal and wood through welding and fractal burning to create a tasteful tough esthetic throughout the house. He built the benches, tables, chairs, picture frames, couches, coffee tables, desks, picture frames, little stools, and even the bed frames! Not much this man won't do!
Jerry is happy to take any custom orders or if anyone wants something he already made, he is happy to discuss a trade or price to sell. Please do not hesitate to ask!
