Had a really great time at the property. It offered plenty of space for the whole family on our trip. The place was clean and well maintained and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Good stay but prob with communication at end of trip

Property was fine, good location, and initially host was easy to work but then for an unknown reason stopped communicating at end of trip. Property was clean, back yard was great for morning brunch. Had a few probs: kitchen sink didn't work but host came by quickly and fixed. TVs upstairs and downstairs didn't work, needed new batteries for the remote, and host needed to update software - didn't do. Host warned that downstairs is A LOT colder than upstairs. Very true - like 20 degrees colder, host provided extra blankets. There was a water leak outside one of the bathrooms, we notified host but we thought it best to stop using that bathroom. We asked for a reduction in charge, host agreed but then went silent.

Clean and comfortable

We recently travelled to Arvada (6 of us) for a family reunion. This was a great house, perfect for our group. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to amenities and central to Denver and the Front Range. If you’re ever in the Denver area, I would highly recommend this house. Communication with Victor was great! Excellent host!

Wonderful Property

Had a great time staying in Arvada at this property. Host was very responsive and very accommodating. Overall couldnt complain about any of the area either. It was quiet and there was plenty of food options close by as well. Definitely a property to look into!

Weekend in Arvada

The house worked well for us as we were a family and some friends and could separate by staying on separate floors. The location was convenient to West Denver suburbs. Only complaints were that the water/ice dispensers on the refrigerators did not work correctly and the microwave downstairs did not operate.

4BR in convenient Denver-area location

We had 7 adults (3 couples +1) gathered for a wedding, plus day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Genesee Park. This seems to be a new rental, with construction of a backyard patio nearing completion (6/24). Would stay there again.

Perfect Host!

Beautiful home. Very clean. Sheets are super white and fresh. I would definitely book this property again, as we are always taking trips to Denver from Los Angeles.

Nice and basic in a quiet neighborhood

Good base for day trips. Encountered a plumbing issue during stay. Host's team was very responsive and worked to resolve.

Plenty of room

We loved our stay at Viktor’s house in Arvada. Fully stocked with everything we needed from toiletries to pots and pans. We enjoyed playing game night around the dining room table, watching the Nuggets in the living room, the bedrooms were spacious & the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend and we will be saving this as a favorite for future visits. Thank you, The Applegates
