Enjoy your stay in our newly remodeled home, featuring refurbished original hardwood floors and tons of natural lighting throughout. The clean and modern space is perfect for any occasion, relax in the open concept living space or retreat to one of the three bedrooms where you can lounge around comfortably. Our home is within a short distance to all the popular places that Denver has to offer like bars and restaurants (Highlands) or if you`re up for the adventure enjoy an easy drive to the mountains! We are conveniently located less then 10 minutes from Regis University, Downtown Denver, Empower Feild at Mile High, Buell Theater, Golf Courses, Parks, etc. Less than 5 minutes from I-125 and I-70.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.

A 5-star Experience All Around

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated everything was. The attention to detail throughout the house is top-notch, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Family Stay

Stay was great for our family of four and one fur baby. They even have a dog food and water bowl along with a large, fenced backyard for pets and kids to run around. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. House was well stocked and clean, we didn't lack any amenities. Very close to the city and activities, prime location, and hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful home away from home

The pictures and description of the property are spot on with this home! Everything was beautiful and clean for our stay. We didn't spend much time in the home because we were out seeing all of the sights, but while we were there, the house perfectly met our needs. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. However, the house is safe, and we didn't have any problems. There are cute areas very nearby to go have a bite to eat.

Well equipped awesome little house

Pride of ownership is evident as soon as you walk it. Very well stocked for everything you need. Great neighbours too. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable

Our family of five stayed in this lovely home while in town for a week for vacation and soccer tournament. Home is just as pictured, totally renovated and lovely. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to put a TV in master bedroom😊. Host is also very nice and cares about making sure all is good with your stay.

Pleasant home

We spent 9 days in Denver to visit family for the holidays. The house was so pleasant and was ideal for our family of four. We had our own bedrooms that were a very comfortable size; the kitchen was also a good size and provided everything we needed for meals in; the two bathrooms with showers were also roomy and well-stocked; the washer/dryer is new as are appliances in the kitchen. The location was also quite convenient: we were 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do downtown. We were also quite close to major highways for visiting family in other parts of the city. And the 38th Ave and Tennyson area was super with lots of good restaurants and shopping just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Family Get Together in Denver

Our daughter decided to host Thanksgiving in Denver but her apartment was too small for our out-of-town family (and puppy); house was perfect; quiet & friendly neighborhood, good place to walk the dog; easy drive to daughter's apartment as well as places to eat and entertainment venues. We'll return when we visit in the future.

Perfect quiet and relaxing home base to explore Denver from

This property was just what I was looking for to explore Denver and hit a Red Rocks concert from. It’s not far from main roads and freeways into and around Denver and the road to Red Rocks. It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All of the rooms and spaces were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and appliances allowed us to make our own meals

Very nicely renovated house hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoor patio had comfortable seating and working propane grill! Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Easy parking with driveway for two cars and plenty of street parking in front of house.
