942 Square feet in the space, but there is also another 400 square feet of outside space. The patio in the front has table and chairs with wind chimes,a running waterfall and zen rock garden. It's perfect for your morning coffee or answering your morning email.
The back patio has newly done unique organic pavers and counter top table and chairs to have happy hour or your dinner while watching a beautiful Arizona sunset. Inside is beautifully remodeled unit with all bedding, furniture, & all furnishings new! Everything new in the home, from mattresses, bedding, furniture, TVs and the complete remodel.
Nearby Farmers Market, Bike/Run/Walk Path, Pickleball, Tennis, Park with Pond & Ducks, 1000's of restaurants, near Desert Ridge, Kierland, Fashion Square, Old Town. Several gyms/pilates & workouts & more! Great shopping, great food, lots to do!

I've created a home away from home for you that is upgraded with beautiful leathers and furnishings. The decor is very calming, and designed for you to relax. Morning patio with waterfall for your coffee from your coffee bar, swimming pool outside your door, to patio sunsets in back. Creates extra living space to enjoy--after the most blissful sleep in your comfy beds. It's this way--because that's what I would want to come home to...

i love this neighborhood. You are in the hub of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. With more than 100 restaurants & shopping, entertainment, gyms, stretch, pilates, and anything you want to do in the 5th largest US city.

My property is unique because I didn't buy like an investor. I purchased things in the home that I would use, that I would want, so picked the best of leather couches, high end furniture, Sony Smart TVs everywhere, water filtering system for great drinking water, the comfiest beds, soft textures, relaxing ambiance.
