Perfect stay for a beach getaway. Beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Lots of balcony room to sit outside. Very clean. Parking was easy. Access to beach was an easy walk. Walking distance to many downtown shops and restaurants.

I loved staying at this property. Beautiful villa and you couldn't get better views. The bath tub in master could be updated and the bed was hard for me but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Family Thanksgiving

Great location for a family of four getaway. Folly Beach is very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo had everything we needed to prepare for Thanksgiving.

Great vacation spot

Loved being able to wake up each morning and have coffee overlooking the ocean. Condo was great. Rooms were large. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

We overall really enjoyed our stay. The view was outstanding, the condo was spacious, and the decor was cute and beachy. The complex is in a great location—an easy walk to downtown Folly—and the beach was beautiful.That said, the cleaning could have been better. The patio furniture was dirty and needed to be wiped down, and one of the side tables was rusty and falling apart, leaving rust all over the ground. The kitchen could have been better stocked, and it would have been helpful to have basic cleaning supplies like Lysol wipes available.In the bedrooms, several drawers were broken; this seems like an easy fix with new knobs from a home improvement store. The two back guestrooms (the twin and queen rooms) would really benefit from blackout curtains in addition to the blinds. The outside lights stay on all night, and the blinds in those rooms were broken, so you couldn’t adjust them.Overall, we loved the location and the view, but a few maintenance and cleanliness updates would make this place truly excellent.

Great location and space. Balcony is huge. Clean condo but kitchen supplies were dirty and no dishtowels or pot holders. Beds, sheets and pillows all need an upgrade. Not comfortable.
