Thelia, our description of this property specifically calls out the fourth bed: “ You’ll have all you’d need for a comfortable beachy stay with 3 bedrooms and a loft to accommodate 8. All the rooms are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bedroom, ensuite bathroom and separate jetted tub! The other two rooms have queen beds, one with an ensuite bathroom, and Bedroom 4 is the “loft” at the top of the stairs with a queen bed behind the room divider and the sofa seating area.” As the bed is exactly as described and you had no other complaints, we feel your review is not accurate nor fair. 4 out of 5 stars is an 80% which is a B-. Given your comments of a clean and well stocked property in easy walking to shops and beach, we believe we earned a better grade.

Thanks Alicia! We do our best to make every stay wonderful. As for the 4th bed loft, our description is now more specific and mentions the hallway. Thank you for the suggestion. It is unfortunate that the A/C failed. We immediately worked with Kristin to cure the situation. They chose to find another place to stay which was completely understood. We refunded the entire reservation. Although it is true that the property was unbearable without A/C, we worked to resolve the situation. We find this review adds insult to injury. Mechanical amenities sometimes break. It is how a company responds to the situation that is important. We put the customer first always. This situation was no different. Given the guest's positive description of our responsiveness, we find the 1 Star review not representative of our company nor of this property. The A/C was repaired and our next VRBO guest stayed for 3 weeks and is still enjoying the property immensely (he checks out tomorrow).
