The home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was nice and private, yet not far from local attractions. We really enjoyed the deck out back both in the morning and the evening. We would recommend the property to others coming to Hendersonville.

This was such a nice house. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the small bathroom in the master bedroom, so cute! The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Lidia was in constant contact and the perfect host.

This was a really neat, renovated house that still kept its charm. The rooms were roomy and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The communication was great and check in and check out could not have been easier. I will say...based on the pictures I thought was closer to downtown and within walking distance to the downtown area. But I don't see this as a reflection on the owner...but a lack of my reading the narrative as well as the reviews. And in the end, it did not impact our trip at all. I'm just mentioning this for future renters. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at this property. The home was very clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. It’s also conveniently close to downtown Hendersonville, so getting to shops and restaurants was quick and easy.Communication with the owner was a bit challenging at first, but the issue was eventually resolved and everything worked out. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location.

Home was clean, kitchen was nice. The yard needed be mowed. Home needs to be treated for insects. A lot of small spiders in the home. There were various spider webs in the home in the corners of master bedroom and kitchen eating area.

I have a 87 year old mother and it was difficult to go up steps and the pavers for her. Not used to having only one wash cloth the entire stay per person. So all in all the it was great. Thanks

Cute place but be aware

Very clean and cute home! The “walk to” shops, etc in the listing is a little deceiving. It’s a good walk away from any stores, etc. be aware, there are no TVs at all in this home and no washer or dryer. I wish the beds were bigger, queens at a minimum in each room- but overall, very clean and nice neighborhood.

And the beds are what is described a queen a double and a day bed which is bigger than a single With all my respect is good to read the house description s, so then you don't feel disappointed.

Quiet neighborhood, a few issues with the house

Only one tv, no local channels for live news. Master shower was quite small, hall bath shower leaks due to poor door installation. No inside access to garage laundry room. Owner was responsive when washer quit working.
