Relax with the whole family at our spacious and peaceful 1st floor Condo. It is a beautiful 2 bdrm 2 bath, with 2 King beds, Sleeps 4 Comfortably. Features fully stocked kitchen, high top bar, dining area, laundry, elegant fireplace, patio, 7 community pools and superb grounds to walk. Located in Myrtle Woods golf community, you will be minutes from Everything the Grand Strand has to offer!

No, rvs, motorcycles, trailers allowed on property.
'Rules and Regulations - Annoyances & Nuisances - Loud and boisterous parties will
not be tolerated. Televisions, stereos or musical instruments should be used with
discretion so as not to disturb other residents. Due to the close proximity of units to
each other, it is requested that activities such as vacuuming and washing clothes be
limited to the hours between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. Excessive noise after the hour of
10:00 pm is a violation of the local noise ordinance. No immoral, improper, offensive, or
unlawful activity is permitted in the units or common areas. No activity is permitted on
the premises that will affect the structural integrity of the property or adversely affect the
Association's insurance coverage.

This was the second year staying at this location. Everything is close in proximity, and this year really enjoyed the blow up air mattress for the kids to sleep on. Wish we were able to enjoy the outside patio. Overall great experience!

Myrtle Beach Condo

We very much like the area at 48th N. St. where the Condo is located. It provides excellent access to both north and south destinations in the area. The unit was clean, on the first floor and a comfortable size that we appreciate.

The best !

We could not ask for a better place that suits our 6 person family. 4 kids, 8months, 7,9,14. Everybody was comfortable. Extra sofa beds were wonderful when the kids wanted to crash in the living room. The place was very clean. Beds and bathrooms perfect. Highly recommended spot to stay. Only 5-7 minute drive from the beach. Melissa was awesome in assisting us. Highly recommended, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Summer Vaca

Magnolia Point is very nice, no disturbances. Condo is spacious and relatively clean. Could use a deep clean. Are only criticism is that the pool is small and is for five or six buildings. There should be at least another Pool we typically went to another Pool at other buildings. Bathrooms and tub showers were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and fairly well equipped. Overall it was very good stay.

Banks family vacation

Property was good - I think the Air-conditioning unit became stuck on cold until I adjusted the thermostat to recognize the true temperature in the condo. The fan in the master bath didn't work and the shower liner had mold on it in the master bath. The towels and wash cloths had hair on them as well.
