Villa 379 - Oceanfront Jekyll Island

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic and beautiful sunrises from this 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium at Villas by the Sea Resort on Jekyll's north end. Conveniently located at the beach board walk access and just a short walk to the pool and famous Driftwood Beach.
This Villa is a second floor entry and has a bedroom (Queen) and private bath on the main floor and two bedrooms (King and 2 Singles) and shared bath on the upstairs. King room has a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic.
Guests have access to Villas by the Sea amentias: pool, fitness, coin laundry, bike rental, basketball court, volley ball court, Driftwood Bistro.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some personal amenity items. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Villas by the Seas has 3 coin-operated laundry rooms accessible with your key cards.

***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk OR swimming pool at VBTS or use one of the public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn.


NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Beautiful location, wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here! Master bedroom and living room both have balconies overlooking the ocean. Very comfortable beds and linens. Spotless clean. Pool is very clean too! Would definitely stay here again!

Sister trip

Our stay was wonderful. The island has so much to offer. I watched the sunrise for two mornings. The condo was great. You could use potholders and some more dishcloths and dish towels. The restaurants at VBTS were really good. I wish we had discovered them earlier. No designated driver needed. You asked that we empty garbage ever day but you did not supply garbage bags. I think that is something you should have provided.

Nice cozy oceanfront condo, close to Driftwood Beach

This oceanfront two-level condo is directly on the beach in a quieter part of Jekyll Island. Driftwood beach is only 10-12 minutes by foot and 2 minutes by car. The main shopping area is only 10 minutes by car. The condo is well appointed and clean and the view is great, especially from the second level bedroom and deck. It does not have a washer/dryer, though. There is a great restaurant (Driftwood Bistro) on site. Overall, a great place to spend a few days with family and friends.

Great location

Everything was was as listed and the location of unit 379 is perfect! I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the unit is a dated one and not really deep cleaned in a while it seems but I knew that when I booked it. There was a more updated unit available but we wanted the beach views.

The man that runs the office for this reality company was not a very nice person. He wanted to treat my husband like he was an idiot. Lost a key and had to get another one. Had to pay $25 for it. They sent three different keys an not one of them worked. After having to go back 3 times ( using our gas) for them to fix. No parking places at night. We were supposed to have 2. Was told when we got there we had to wash our own towel and sweep and vacuum out floors. Never in all the places we have stayed were we had to do this especially our own towels. I would advise other people to never ever stay here!
